This is the only portable kitchen range “hood” that captures smoke without requiring or installing a complicated duct system. Similar to an exhaust fan, the unit sets up on a kitchen counter and pulls in smoke and fumes as you cook. It has a replaceable activated charcoal filter that neutralizes odor and a stainless steel oil filter that extracts particles from steam and protects kitchen surfaces from grease.
